Join us for a one-day yoga immersion at picturesque Eden Valley in Mui Wo to explore the energy within you. This experience invites you to connect with your energetic self-whilst being held by nature.

The day will focus on understanding and experiencing the energetic body, leaving you with a stronger connection to your spirit. The day will feature:

 

• Spine Energetics & Breathwork with Dr. El from Elevate Life Chiropractic, our Guest Speaker. Discover how spinal health is intricately linked to your overall well-being and learn techniques to enhance your energy and healing through breath.

• The Subtle Body: Yin Yoga with Jayna. A yin yoga practice to explore energetic pathways through deep introspection; enhancing your awareness of the subtle energy within you.

• Sound Healing Journey with Kate. Experience the spine as the central axis for the flow of vital energy, using various instruments to harmonise your chakras and enhance energy flow.

About Dr. El

Dr. Eleanor Kee is the founder of Elevate Life Chiropractic and is passionate about holistic health, bringing 17 years of chiropractic experience in Hong Kong. She earned her chiropractic degree and license in the United States. Dr. Kee employs manual adjustments along with various techniques to address patient needs and is certified in Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.), which focuses on neurological patterns linked to subconscious emotional issues.

Dedicated to lifelong learning, Dr. Kee emphasizes the vital connection between body, mind, and spirit, guiding her patients in practices that foster energy balance and overall well-being. She is committed to empowering her patients with informed healthcare choices and providing personalized care tailored to their individual needs.

Surrounded by the lush landscape of Mui Wo, Ning’s Yard is a community retreat center for the healing arts based on sustainable and craftsmanship design. About Paloma’s Kitchen

With roots in Hong Kong, Switzerland, France, and the U.S., Paloma’s journey with food is as rich and diverse as her cultural background. Her love for fresh ingredients and her connection to the natural world shape every dish she creates. Paloma has trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC and holds certifications in Holistic Health Coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, bringing a holistic approach to her cooking.

Paloma is known for her intuitive connection with ingredients; her talent lies in creating dishes that are not only delicious but also healing, offering a deep sense of nourishment for both the body and spirit. Paloma’s food is a reflection of her belief in balance, beauty, and mindful eating.

11:10 am: Meet with Liane and learn about Ning’s Yard
11:30am: Spine Energetics & Breathwork with Dr. Kee
12:15 pm: Nourishing Lunch (Slow Cooked Vegetable Stew, Turmeric Rice, Grilled Pumpkin, Cashew Pesto, Sautéed Greens, Green Salad, Chocolate Bites Dessert)
1:15 pm – 2:00 pm: Mindful Walk
2:15 pm – 3:30 pm: The Subtle Body: Yin Yoga with Jayna
3:30 pm – 3:45 pm: Break for Journaling
3:45 pm – 5:00 pm: Sound Healing Journey with Kate
5:00 pm – 5:30 pm: Closing Circle with Tea & Snacks (Beetroot Hummus and Crudités, Organic Herbal Tea from Mui Wo farm)
6:10 pm or 6:40 pm: Ferry back to Central

Jayna Staykov
Jayna, originally from Australia, discovered a profound body connection through yoga that transformed her life and thinking. This inspired her to transition from an eight-year marketing career to teaching yoga. A lifelong learner, Jayna creates inclusive classes emphasising intentional slowness, body and breath awareness, and creative sequences. She encourages students to connect with their inner wisdom, leaving her classes will make you feel strong, well, and calm.
Kate To
Kate started practising yoga in 2011 to manage her Lupus, which she has not had flare-ups from since. Yoga transformed her health, perspective, and inspired her to become a teacher in 2017. Guided by Samrat Dusgupta and sound healer Shervin Boloorian, Kate's classes respect individual body limitations, providing detailed instructions and encouraging mindful practice. Kate discovered the benefits of Reformer Pilates and blends the principals of Pilates into her yoga teaching. Besides teaching yoga, she is also a sound healer.
