Kris is a certified Polestar Pilates Reformer instructor and has rich teaching experience in multiple fitness, wellness and rehabilitation outlets in Hong Kong. She is also a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher. Kris believes that flexibility, the challenge that yoga brings as well as Pilates’ focus on core muscles will maximise the benefits of one’s overall fitness, health and well-being. Kris is very passionate about coaching her students by offering them supportive assistance and technique correction.
