Reformer Strong leans into the strength and toning benefits of Pilates. The class incorporates greater resistance challenges, additional equipment like dumbbells, and movement tempos that ignite the burn from a good workout. Your core will be stimulated to work hard and support the challenges of upper body and weight bearing exercises, and you’ll finish lean, toned, and effortlessly strong.
This is an intermediate class and not suitable for beginners. We recommend 5-10 Reformer Flow Beginner classes before attending this class.
All participants in Reformer Pilates classes are required to wear non-slip grip socks
