Sound Bath Therapy

This Healing practise offers an immersion of universal sounds and vibrations to nourish and restore the body. Students will experience a deeply relaxing and meditative practise designed to promote better sleep, cleanse negative energy, and improve the immune system. Sound vibration travels more efficiently through water, given that our bodies are composed majorly of water, they are an effective vessel to allow the sound to travel, bringing balance to the body, mind, and spirit, and improving our overall wellbeing. Some chanting may be included. This class is suitable for anyone looking to destress and relax.
