Terms and Conditions

1. Registration: Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Instructor Allocation: PURE reserves the right to allocate a different instructor without prior notice.
3. Liability: PURE is not responsible or liable for any injury incurred during events held at external venues.
4. Goodie Bags: Complimentary goodie bags will be distributed. Stocks are limited and will include a small sweat towel. Avoid bringing big items or large backpacks.
5. Personal Items: PURE Fitness, Olympian City Mall, and Sino Group are not responsible for any loss or damage of personal items during the event.
6. Assumption of Risk: By purchasing a ticket to this event, the participant assumes all risks and hazards incidental to such participation.
7. Injury and Accidents: PURE Fitness, Olympian City Mall, and Sino Group assume no responsibility for any injury or accidents sustained by participants during or after the event.
8. Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old to register for the event.
9. Health and Fitness: Participants should ensure they are in good health and physically fit to participate in the event. It is recommended to consult a physician before participating.
10. Photography and Videography: By attending the event, participants consent to being photographed and filmed. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes by PURE Fitness, Olympian City Mall, and Sino Group.
11. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and other participants. Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
12. Event Changes: PURE reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, location, or other details as necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
13. Weather Policy: In case of severe weather conditions, the event may be postponed or canceled. Participants will be informed of any changes as soon as possible.
14. Refund Policy: In the event of cancellation by PURE, participants may be eligible for a refund or credit towards a future event.
15. First Come, First Serve: Registration will open 15 minutes before the session starts. No saving spots is allowed. Participants must be present for registration.
