Active Recovery for Running & Hiking
This Specialised class focuses on stretching areas that are typically tight from running & hiking such as the hamstrings, IT band and hips. The aim is stabilising key functional areas like the knees and ankles, restoring typically sore areas, and working on breath exercises to centre the mind. Specific sets of postures and sequences make for a well-balanced class, combining both strength and flexibility for more integrated body functionality. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. No yoga experience required.
Active Recovery for Strength & Resistance Training
This Specialised class focuses on stretching the areas that are typically tight from strength & resistance training such as the hamstrings, hip flexors, quads, shoulders chest and hips. The aim is stabilising key functional areas like the core, restoring typically sore areas, and working on breath exercises to centre the mind. Specific sets of postures and sequences make for a well-balanced class, combining both strength and flexibility for more integrated body functionality. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. No yoga experience required.
修復瑜伽:球拍類運動
本課堂主要平衡學員的上半身左右兩方的肌肉,並就學員因運動而引致的過緊肌肉群作出有效伸展。目標是穩定重點功能區域,例如膝蓋、足踝及手肘;修復一些經常痠痛的部位,以及透過呼吸練習調整思緒。課堂中一系列特定式子及序列,以加強力量及靈活性,兩者配合足以全面提升身體功能。課堂可能包含一些呼吸練習、梵唱,以及冥想。 此課堂不需任何瑜伽經驗。
修復瑜伽:單車騎乘
本課堂主要針對身體因騎單車而引致過緊的肌肉部位,如大腿後肌群、髖部屈曲肌、股四頭肌、肩膀、胸肌及臀部作有效伸展。目標是穩定身體的重點功能區域;助學員修復經常痠痛的下背部位,以及透過呼吸練習調整思緒。課堂中一系列特定式子及序列,以加強力量及靈活性,兩者配合足以全面提升身體功能。課堂可能包含一些呼吸練習、梵唱,以及冥想。 此課堂不需任何瑜伽經驗。
