An asana practice that explores the poses (asanas) through clear and intelligent alignment, building strength and ultimately creating a thorough understanding of each pose. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.
Suitable for intermediate yoga practitioners with a consistent practice. This class builds on the necessary body stability acquired in Level 1 Alignment classes to take on more challenging asanas and sequences. Full inversions, arm balances and backbends may be included in this class.
