這堂動態課程遵循Sharon Gannon和David Life所發展出來的練習傳統,希望透過瑜伽練習創造和平、合一,並提升環境意識,最終的目的是培養對眾生的慈悲心。Jivamukti練習需要高度體能,可以刺激腦力,課程結合了梵唱、體位法、呼吸練習、音樂、冥想,也鼓勵練習者研讀簡單的瑜伽經典。 適合稍有瑜伽練習經驗的同學,將帶給練習者振奮、流暢的體驗。課程可能包含倒立和一些程度2的動作,老師也會適度給予新同學替代動作。
Jivamukti Basics
This dynamic class follows the tradition developed by Sharon Gannon and David Life, who aspire to create greater peace, unity and environmental awareness through the teachings of Yoga. The ultimate goal is compassion for all beings. A Jivamukti yoga class is a physically vigorous and intellectually stimulating practice that combines chanting, asanas, pranayama, music, meditation, and devotional study through simple scriptural readings. Suitable for new practitioners and students who want to increase their knowledge of the fundamental poses, alignment and sequences in the Jivamukti tradition.
