Yin Yoga for Myofascial Release
This special yin yoga class will help release tension in the body’s connective tissues. Students will experience a combination of long-held deep stretches with roll-and-release ball therapy work. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for anyone seeking to release tension, increase mobility, improve circulation and enhance overall physical performance.
Yin Yoga with Crystal Singing Bowls
This Healing class combines sound therapy from Crystal Singing Bowls with Yin poses. The practice is focused on realigning and stretching the connective tissues of the body; students will experience long held deep stretches with the purpose of connecting with the breath and cultivating a meditative mind. The poses are accompanied with singing bowls to produce a resonance that is not only heard, but also felt; such resonance can positively affect the Chakras (energy centres) and help purify the body's energy system. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for anyone looking to release physical tension in a slow and meditative way.

This Healing class combines sound therapy from Himalayan Singing Bowls with Yin poses. The practice is focused on realigning and stretching the connective tissues of the body; students will experience long held deep stretches with the purpose of connecting with the breath and cultivating a meditative mind. The poses are accompanied with singing bowls to produce a resonance that is not only heard, but also felt; such resonance can positively affect the body's energy system and provide deep relaxation. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for anyone looking to release physical tension in a slow and meditative way.
Yin-Yoga with Gong Sound Therapy
This Healing class combines therapeutic gong sounds and vibrations with Yin poses. The practice is focused on realigning and stretching the connective tissues of the body; students will experience long held deep stretches with the purpose of connecting with the breath and cultivating a meditative mind. The yin poses are accompanied with a gong bath of meditative sound waves. The goal of gong bath is usually therapeutic as it helps to calm the mind, rejuvenate the body, and reduce physical and emotional stress. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for anyone looking to release physical tension in a slow and meditative way. Not recommended for pregnant women who are in their first trimester.
