Ash was never into sports growing up. At one point, she was obsessed with chasing a "perfect figure" by trying different means, including consuming diet pills, but all went futile. She then turned to exercise, where she later realised fitness's mental and physical benefits. As Ash noticed structural issues with her body, she became passionate about further studying the human movement system to improve her physique and used nutrition to strengthen overall wellness. She references her past experiences as not just knowledge but personal insight into how she guides her clients.
