Termination Process
  1. If you hold a Monthly Committed Autopay Package, you may not terminate your Agreement until the full minimum term has expired. After such time you may terminate your Agreement by completing a Termination Form at your centre or studio on or before: (i) the 5th day of the month if your Autopay date is on the 16th day of each month; (ii) the 20th day of the month if your Autopay date is on the 1st day of each month; Your Agreement will then expire one (1) month after the following 1st or 16th bill cycle. If we have not received your termination request in writing, your Agreement will automatically continue after the minimum term period by billing you via Autopay each month;
  2. If your request to terminate is given after the dates indicated in Clause 1 above, you will be charged one (1) month’s non-refundable Monthly Fee, and your rights and privilleges under your Agreement shall expire two (2) months after the last Autopay deduction;
  3. If you hold a Prepaid Package, you may not terminate your Agreement within the Prepaid Period;
  4. If you hold a Yoga Class Package, you cannot cancel your Agreement in respect of such package;
  5. Termination of your Agreement will automatically lead to termination of locker rental on the same date PURE reserves every right to change the Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice.

PURE offers different types of service plans to suit different needs. Our rates vary based on these factors:
– The number and type of locations accessed
– Visit/class restrictions within a location
– Length of contract
– Payment method (Pre-paid vs. Monthly)
– Types of contract (new vs renewal; retail vs corporate; yoga or fitness vs yoga+fitness)

1. Please complete the suspension form to proceed.
2. You must give PURE at least ten (10) days’ notice prior to your next scheduled Autopay date for your suspension to be effective.
3. Suspension period must be in full month(s). No odd days will be allowed.
4. You may suspend your Agreement for a maximum of twelve (12) months if you are pregnant or for a maximum of three (3) months in a calendar year for any other reason. The minimum suspension period is one (1) month. You are allowed to suspend your Agreement twice within a calendar year.
5. All non-pregnancy or non-medical suspensions will be charged HK$288 per month.
6. Suspension fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. If you have a Monthly Committed Autopay, your Autopay will resume automatically without prior notice once your suspension period has ended.
8. If you have a Monthly Committed Autopay or Prepaid package, the package expiry date will be extended by the number of month(s) suspended.
9. No backdated suspensions are allowed.
10. If you have a Monthly Committed Autopay, you agree to pay a pro-rata charge of your Agreement if you request to end the suspension earlier.
11. If you have a Prepaid package, you agree that the expiry date of your prepaid Agreement shall be adjusted if you request to end the suspension earlier.
12. If you apply for a medical or pregnancy suspension, you are required to provide a valid medical certificate that contains the date, your name, diagnosis, and the doctor’s advice. PURE reserves every right to reject your suspension if such medical certificate is invalid and to charge you HK$288 per month.
13. If you have a shoe locker rental, its fee will continue to be charged to your account via Autopay during your suspension period.
14. If your Agreement is under suspension (medical or non-medical), you are not permitted to access any PURE Fitness centres, PURE Yoga studios, or PURE South.
15. PURE reserves every right to reject any suspension request at its discretion.
16. PURE reserves every right to change the Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice.

Simply download our PURE360 app to book and cancel classes: iOS | Android | Huawei

Advance booking is available for all group classes and can be made up to 2 days before the class date and will be closed 4 hours before the start of the class.

There are three ways to do so:
1. On the PURE360 app: Click the “Book” button and double click to book or click “Cancel” to cancel your class.
2. Visit our website: Login to your account to book or cancel classes for Yoga or Fitness.
3. Give us a call: Simply call the location of your preferred class to book or cancel. For contact information, please click here.

If you cannot attend the pre-booked classes, please cancel the class 4 hours in advance and we will release your spot to other Cardholders on the waitlist.
A total of 3 or more “Late cancels”or “No-shows” over 30 consecutive days will result in:
1. Booking privileges being revoked for 2 weeks for the first occurence; thereafter, advance booking will not be allowed for one month.
2. You will be restricted to in-person queuing on standby 30 minutes before class.
Cardholders who sign in for a class but are absent will have their booking privilege suspended for two weeks. This penalty will be waived if our reception is notified at least 30 minutes before the class. However, this will still count as one late cancellation / no-show under normal suspension policy. Standby spots will be distributed when the class starts except for FUZE classes that will continue being released 5 minutes before class.

There are two ways to reset your password:

1. Visit our website here: Choose the region, click the “Sign in” button, then “Need password?” in the pop-up message.
2. Visit the PURE360 app: Click “Forgot password” on the main screen.

All PURE Cardholders* are welcome to visit other PURE locations outside of their home location or region with the following drop-in day rates (subject to availability) upon presenting their PURE digital card at check-in:
– Hong Kong locations HK$175 per visit
– Shanghai locations ¥175 per visit
– Singapore locations S$26.75 w/GST per visit

Non-PURE Cardholders are welcome to visit any PURE location in Asia with the following drop-in day rates (subject to availability):
– Hong Kong locations HK$350 per visit
– Shanghai locations ¥350 per visit
– Singapore locations S$53.50 w/GST per visit
*Cardholders refer only to those who have signed an active service plan; benefits do not extend to drop-in visitors and previous PURE Cardholders.

You will be given an account with your indicated email address upon the activation of your PURE service plan. Please login with your email and set a new password on your first login. This account should be used for both the PURE360 app and website bookings.
You can always queue in person if the class shows “Try Standby” status. Below are the class status indicators that you will see in the app:
“Book” – Booking is available.
“Full” – No booking and no spaces available even for Standby.
“Waitlist” – You are on the waitlist. Our system will inform you if you have been moved off the waitlist and you can book via the app.
“Try Standby” – Advance booking is not available, but there are spaces that you can queue for in person at the PURE location.
