Ashtanga
A dynamic and traditional yoga practice that combines power, flexibility, movement, bandhas, and breath to produce an energetic and detoxifying experience.
Ashtanga Mysore

Students progressively learn and self-guide through the Ashtanga Primary Series from the Mysore tradition, advancing to higher levels as foundational skills are refined, with each session opening with the traditional Ashtanga invocation.

Beginner's Special
This Beginner’s Series is designed to introduce basic concepts and postures of the yoga tradition.
Budokon Yoga
Budokon Yoga is a unique style developed by Cameron Shayne, with the Budokon Yoga Primary Series at its core.

Wildlōtus

Chair Yoga
This specialised class combines the use of a conventional yoga chair with traditional asanas.

Based on Joseph Pilates’ method and features a full-body, low-impact mat-based exercise programme.
Pre-Natal
Caters to pregnant women, offering postures that connect them with their babies and strengthen their core.
Spinal Flow

Developed by physiotherapist Simon Borg-Olivier, Spinal Flow uses progressive, fluid spinal movements — without holdings or intense stretching — to build strength and flexibility, with optional pranayama and meditation.

TRX Yoga
Combines traditional asanas with the use of a TRX Suspension Trainer to build alignment, mobility, and stability through movement and breath.
Upside Down
Strengthening and stabilising postures are practised as a way to prepare the body for these poses and build its internal support.
Wall Rope
Uses ropes, pelvic swings, bars and other props to help enhance traction and extension of the body in different yoga poses.

Yoga Lamba

A fusion of traditional yoga, Barre, and strength training using light weights or exercise balls to tone muscles and improve fitness through isometric exercises — with optional pranayama, chanting, and meditation. Suitable for students with some yoga experience.

A body-toning class using a stimulating sequence of strengthening poses followed by balancing stretches to leave you energised.

Yoga Wheel
This specialised class combines the use of a yoga wheel with traditional asanas.
Yogalates
This specialised class features a combination of yoga asanas with Pilates principles.
Yogasthenics

Yogasthenics combines the bodyweight strength training of Calisthenics with the mobility and fluidity of Yoga for a complete physical and mental workout. Suitable for active practitioners with a consistent Vinyasa practice; not suitable for beginners.
