Reimi discovered Pilates in 2011 as a form of recovery. She used Pilates to realign her muscles, enhance her posture, and relieve scoliosis-related muscle discomfort. While pregnant, Reimi learnt pre- and post-natal Pilates and diastasis recti treatment. Her workshops emphasise developing flexibility through difficult exercises, drawing on her experience as a teacher in Hong Kong and New York.
