Tabata
Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program that has been proven to increase endurance and performance for your aerobic (cardiovascular) and anaerobic (muscular) systems with its format of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Participants are encouraged to go at their max in each interval.
