Lower Back Care Yoga
This gentle class uses simple yoga poses to help you develop a stronger and healthier back. The sequence focuses on mobilising and strengthening the muscles that help to keep your lower back stable and supple. Students can expect some gentle stretching and toning poses targeting mainly the lower back, hips, core and torso. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.
Suitable for anyone looking to restore their lower back.
