課程適合孕婦,由不同式子加強孕媽媽的核心肌肉,以及與嬰兒有更深連結。孕媽媽們一同練習,彼此支持以培養社群感。課堂或包括瑜伽呼吸法、梵唱和冥想。建議於參與課堂前,應先獲醫生許可。

這堂課專為孕婦而設立,準媽媽可以在練習中和身體連結,也能和肚子裡的小寶貝親密溝通,享受人生中最特別的懷孕時期。這堂課的練習特別強調骨盆底部肌群、訓練特定核心肌肉,並達到滋潤母子身心的效果。參與課程的準媽媽可以在練習中分享懷孕經驗,互相扶持鼓勵。課程可能包含一些呼吸練習、梵唱,以及冥想。
