Synchro Flow
Synchro Flow is a transition based vinyasa practice developed by Angela Lohse. Her background in dance has inspired her to fuse yoga asanas with fluid transitions, gracefully moving practitioners from one pose to the next. Students don’t have to be dancers or experienced yoga practitioners to enjoy this Series; they do have to be ready for a mentally and physically challenging class that will leave them invigorated and inspired. Suitable for students with a consistent vinyasa practice seeking to have an energetic experience. Inversions and backbends will be taught in this class with options for different levels of practitioners.

Students don’t have to be dancers or experienced yoga practitioners to enjoy this Series; they do have to be ready for a mentally and physically challenging class that will leave them invigorated and inspired. Inversions and backbends will be taught in all classes of this Series with options for different levels of practitioners. This last class of the Series, introduces sequences for intermediate and level 2 vinyasa practitioners. Participants are expected to have an ongoing inversion practice and be comfortable with intermediate style backbends. Students don’t have to be dancers or experienced yoga practitioners to enjoy this Series; they do have to be ready for a mentally and physically challenging class that will leave them invigorated and inspired. During this first class of the Series, the basic Synchro Flow sequences will be introduced and level 1 postures will be practiced. There will also be inversions and backbends suitable for level 1 yoga practitioners with different options available.
