During this Blissful Stretch class, we will focus on overall joint mobility along with mindful stretching to balance the strains of modern living. The class is designed to help students dive into a deeper mind-body connection through observation of the breath. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for anyone looking to stretch their bodies with moderate physical effort. Beginners are welcome. Suitable for anyone looking to stretch their bodies with moderate physical effort. Beginners are welcome.
