Bethany discovered Pilates in 2017 while working at a wellness gym, seeking relief from lower back and knee pain. Pilates became her solution for posture correction and self-awareness. In 2017, Bethany started training under Vichael Mak at VIM Pilates to increase her knowledge. In Bethany's fun yet challenging classes, she emphasises proper breathing for muscle activation and cultivating mind-body coordination.
