Gabrielle began her yoga journey in 2016, finding respite from her job in the jewellery industry. Inspired by Almen Wong, a founding teacher at PURE Yoga, she appreciated yoga's holistic approach to cultivating a healthy mindset, body awareness, and consistency. Now an instructor herself, Gabrielle emphasises proper breathing, alignment, and safety, creating a welcoming environment for students to fully immerse in their practice and integrate yoga into their daily lives.
