Jennie began practising Hot Yoga in 2002 and has been teaching since 2006, discovering its power to improve health and increase inner awareness. She believes in the importance of a consistent self-practice as the foundation of teaching. Jennie shifted her approach from "teaching postures" to "teaching people", emphasising resilience in Hot Yoga, and views listening as a crucial tool for guiding her students with wisdom and compassion.
