    After completing his military service, Jeongseok began practising yoga to support his recovery from a back injury. His personal journey with yoga soon deepened into a professional path, leading him to complete a teacher training in Korea in 2013, followed by further studies in India and Malaysia. Now based in Hong Kong, he guides students with a focus on alignment, using props as essential tools to refine and stabilise each posture. His teaching reflects a commitment to precision, therapeutic awareness and the transformative potential of mindful movement.
