Lucia started Pilates in 2017 after an injury. Even experiencing muscle pain for 2 days, her first Mat class left her feeling so great that it led her to become a Pilates instructor. Lucia discovered that Pilates improves body control and reduces the risk of pain from prolonged postures. Her teaching focuses on using the right muscle to maintain the right posture.
