Mio Watanabe, a Hong Kong-born Japanese Pilates instructor, found that Pilates improved both her physical and mental well-being while in her search for back pain relief. She was trained under STOTT Pilates techniques and now teaches clients of all ages, focusing on fitness goals and overall wellness. Mio teaches clients of all ages, focusing on mindfulness, self-awareness and improvement. Mio also holds a Feldenkrais certification to enhance efficient movement and coordination. Her classes are fun yet challenging, aiming to positively impact her students' lives.
