With guidance from mentors like Samrat Dasgupta and Prateek Arya Dager, she integrated dance elements into her yoga flow and deepened her understanding of its philosophy while physiotherapist Alfred Li enhanced her knowledge of anatomy. Pag's classes focus on the mind-body connection, enhancing students' abilities, stillness of mind, and lightness of body. She emphasises the integration of mind, body, and spirit in her teaching.
