Rajesh has been practising yoga since 1996, finding that it helped balance his body, mind, and spirit. Inspired by various yoga gurus and armed with a master's degree in Yogic Science and a postgraduate diploma in Yoga Therapy, he chose yoga as his lifelong career. Rajesh's unique classes focus on individual needs, using custom sequences and alignments to help students understand yogic techniques. A versatile instructor, he teaches Hatha, Power, Core, Sun Vinyasa, and Yoga for Weight Loss, alongside Pranayama Meditation.
