Tara spent her childhood in dance studios and on the stage. She first came across yoga in her teens, finding it freeing to discover a new way to move and to truly drop into your body and to be present in the moment. Tara encourages her students to approach their practice with an open heart and mind, exploring playful transitions, shapes and movement. Tara’s classes help you become more aware of your body and will leave you feeling more grounded and connected to your body and to your breath.
