Wonah, from Busan, Korea, began practising yoga in 2006 in NYC and transitioned to teaching after relocating to Hong Kong in 2017. Drawing inspiration from Clayton Horton and others, she views yoga as a way of life and a means of serving the community. Her classes are dynamic, focusing on strength, flexibility, and mind-body awareness. In addition to yoga, she's certified in Pilates, organises yoga dance parties, and is a music lover and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu practitioner.
