Ken, born in the Philippines, has been involved in sports and dance since he was 7. He's a pioneer of Les Mills in the Philippines and has taught in Malaysia and Hong Kong. Ken's passion for movement has given him the versatility to teach various programs from yoga and dance to cycling and mixed martial arts.
