Prian, born and raised in Hong Kong, became a Les Mills International Certified BODYBALANCE Instructor in 2014. He's enthusiastic about mind-body exercise and has gained qualifications in suspension fitness, fascia release, and anatomy analysis through reading, researching, and taking various training courses. Prian inspires others through his teaching and shares his passion for exercise with anyone who participates in his classes.
