Join movement specialist Graham Reese for an immersive weekend dedicated to unlocking your body’s full potential. In two full days of practice, you’ll explore the foundations of hip mobility, arm balancing, handstand technique and compression strength — blending yoga, breakdancing influences and cutting edge movement science.

Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to these skills, Graham’s accessible, puzzle solving approach will help you move deeper, balance smarter and build strength with integrity.

Schedule

SATURDAY, 18 JULY

Morning | 9:30am – 12:30pm | Hip Mobility

  • Building full range of motion strength in the hips
  • Favourite stretches for opening the hips at various skill levels
  • Movement patterns that build mobility
  • Long term goals for advanced hip mobility

Afternoon | 2:00pm – 5:00pm | Arm Balances

  • Basic to high level arm balance poses
  • Yoga influenced arm balances
  • Breakdancing influenced arm balances
  • Flexibility & strength drills to aid arm balance ability
  • Movements incorporating short arm balances

SUNDAY, 19 JULY

Morning | 9:30am – 12:30pm | Handstand Training & Conditioning

  • Handstand form, technique and endurance
  • Two arm and one arm drills for any skill level
  • Entering a handstand with more consistency

Afternoon | 2:00pm – 5:00pm | Compression Strength

  • Back rounding (spinal flexion) flexibility drills
  • Compression strengthening drills (hip flexor & core)/li>
  • Scapular protraction & straight arm strength drills
  • Movements and poses using compression strength

Graham Reese

Graham Reese (aka “B-boy Kilo”) is a professional breaker and movement artist with a dynamic career spanning breaking, dance and movement education. He is a cast member of “The Missing Element”, an immersive dance and beatbox show produced by Works & Process at the Guggenheim.

Known for his exceptional breaking skills, Graham specialises in rotational mobility and deep twists, bringing a unique blend of breakdancing, yoga and functional movement to his teaching. His accessible, puzzle solving approach has made him a sought after educator for students seeking to unlock strength, flexibility and body awareness.
