Optimising Women’s Health Through Midlife with Beth Wright

ABOUT

What used to work no longer works in quite the same way. From our mid-30s onwards, our bodies begin to change but knowing what to change with them can be confusing.

In this practical, evidence-based workshop, Beth will help women understand what is happening in their bodies and show them how to adapt the way they eat, train and live to get the best from their health at every stage.

The workshop will explore nutrition and fuelling for energy, metabolic health and body composition; strength training and movement to build muscle, protect bone and support long-term health; sleep, stress and recovery and how they affect the way we feel and perform; and evidence-based supplementation, cutting through the noise to understand what is actually worth our attention.

Whether attendees are 35, 45, 55 or beyond, they will leave knowing what to prioritise, what they can stop worrying about and what they can start doing straight away.

The goal is simple: less confusion, better choices and the confidence to know what your body needs now.

The workshop will cover:

  1. Understanding your changing body
  2. Nutrition and supplementation
  3. Strength, muscle and movement
  4. Recovery and lifestyle
  5. Healthy lunch and an opportunity to continue the conversation
