Pilates for Common Pain Management with Steve Wong
25 - 26 July 2026 | Langham Place - Mong Kok
Chronic pain in the lower back, hips, knees, upper back, and shoulders has become a modern epidemic – affecting office workers, active individuals, and even fitness enthusiasts. Many manage symptoms temporarily but fail to address the root cause: muscular imbalances, poor movement patterns, and joint stress.
This 2-day hands-on workshop, led by Steve – an experienced coach and sports therapist – bridges the gap between rehabilitation and functional Pilates. Unlike conventional Pilates workshops that focus only on choreography, this program integrates sports therapy knowledge with evidence-based Pilates applications. You will learn not just what exercises to do, but why pain develops and how to use Pilates equipment and props to correct it.
