Gong Meditation
Gong meditation is a unique type of practice that involves using therapeutic gong sounds and vibrations to induce a meditative state. It is also sometimes referred to as a gong bath because participants are bathed in meditative gong sound waves. The goal of gong meditation is usually therapeutic as it helps to calm the mind, rejuvenate the body, and reduce physical and emotional stress. Suitable for anyone looking to relax their body and clear their mind. Not recommended for pregnant women who are in their first trimester.
