This Series is focused on stretching the body in a healthy and safe way. There are four classes in this series, each exploring a different subject. We will focus on mindful stretching and stabilising poses to balance the strains of modern living. The class is designed to help students dive into a deeper mind-body connection through observation of the breath. Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to have a balancing physical and mental practice. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Week 1: Shoulder & Chest Opening Week 2: Healthy Spine, Healthy Life Week 3: Healthy Hips Week 4: Blissful Stretch

This Series is focused on stretching the body in a healthy and safe way. There are four classes in this series, each exploring a different subject. We will work to encourage mobility and space through a range of angles, rotations and different asana shapes to help balance the hips. The sequence is designed to open & close, strengthen & stretch, mobilise & stabilise, ultimately resulting in healthier hips. Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to have a balancing physical and mental practice. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. This Series is focused on stretching the body in a healthy and safe way. There are four classes in this series, each exploring a different subject. This class blends strengthening and softening elements to increase spinal health. We will experience both an invigorating practice combined with long-held deep stretches to cultivate a focused and healthy mind along with a strong and healthy spine. Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to have a balancing physical and mental practice. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. This Series is focused on stretching the body in a healthy and safe way. There are four classes in this series, each exploring a different subject. We will explore interesting ways to open tight shoulders, strengthen them safely and release tension in the upper body. The class will focus on moving, stretching and strengthening the shoulders but will also involve working on the rest of the body. Experience a full range of motion in your shoulders, improve posture, and progress in your practice. Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to have a balancing physical and mental practice. Not suitable for students with shoulder injuries.
