A native of the Philippines, John thinks you got to sweat it to shed it and burn it to earn it. His attitude is try – or goodbye. John aims to work on silent mode and let the results speak for themselves. He started teaching in 2014 and has since grown into a fitness enthusiast. John always ensures that his students and clients both learn and understand the importance of fitness in day-to-day life.
