Linda, a recording artist, began yoga in 2008 to heal golf-related injuries. Her passion ignited after a transformative hot vinyasa class in 2011. Despite not being naturally flexible, she discovered the potential of patience, self-acceptance, and discipline through yoga. Her teaching emphasises alignment, grounding, and enjoyment, hoping students leave happier than they arrived. She believes yoga is for everyone and continues learning from her students.
