Starting her yoga journey in 2003 to heal from dance injuries, Margie discovered yoga's capacity to foster physical recovery, mental clarity, and peace. She commenced teaching in 2008 and continues to study under Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor. Margie views yoga as a living art, a tool for understanding and navigating our internal and external worlds. Her classes aim to be encouraging and profound, sharing insights she's gained from her practice and her teachers' inspiration.
