Maurice turned to yoga to alleviate anxiety caused by his career. Guided by teachers Saul David Raye in Santa Monica, CA, and Yogi Vishvketu in Rishikesh, India, he learned to live and teach from the heart. This approach calmed Maurice's overactive mind. His classes prioritise grounding and centring, emphasising the mind-body connection that yoga can restore. Maurice feels blessed to have studied with these teachers, as their guidance helped him create a lifestyle that is aligned with his dreams and desires.
