Winnie discovered yoga in 2002 as a calming antidote to her fast-paced life as a midwife in Hong Kong. After experiencing the meditative benefits of yoga, she became a dedicated practitioner in 2013, later teaching yoga and mindfulness to pregnant women. She completed her first 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training in 2017. Winnie's light-hearted yet challenging classes encourage mindfulness, and a strong mind-body connection without losing the joy of asana practice.
