Born in Hong Kong and spending her student life in Australia, Yan began her yoga journey in 2018 under the guidance of her first inspiring teacher, Vivian Agethen. In 2023, Yan commenced Yoga Teacher Training with Almen Wong and received practical teaching skills and invaluable mentorship, which ignited her passion for becoming a yoga teacher. Yan's teaching style encourages students to embrace challenges, deepen their self-understanding, and carry the transformative energy into their daily life.
