Discipline and Consistency over Motivation 
Born and raised in Paris, Alex sampled various sports while moving to different cities. He holds a Master's in Market Finance and works for a top hedge fund in Asia. He started RPM training in 2013 and became a teacher in 2017 at PURE Fitness.
