Beth, a Royal Ballet graduate and qualified Lotte Berk Method and Pilates Mat Work instructor, blends Yoga, Pilates, and Callanetics into her workout routines. She emphasizes slow, controlled movements for precise body shaping. Beth taught at the Lotte Berk Studio and her own studio, Beth's Workout, from 1987 to 1997. At PURE, she instructs unique "Stretch and Tone", "ball blast", and aerobic-style Pilates classes using stretch bands, weights, and gliders.
