Ian was an active kid back in his school days, joining the school basketball team and playing tonnes of games. He started to hit the gym at the age of 17 and that’s when he found out how working out could help to improve his sport performance. From personal experience, Ian knew that with proper systematic training and constantly learning different techniques, everyone’s limit can continually be pushed to a higher level.
