Hari Krishnan
Hari, originally from Chennai, India, turned to yoga for healing during his career as a national high-jump athlete. Inspired by his teacher and brother, Gopala Krishan, Hari obtained his first yoga teaching diploma from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantari Ashram. He has been teaching since 2012 in India and Hong Kong. Hari's classes emphasise grounding, present practice, alignment awareness, and safe, mindful exploration of comfort zones, aiming to inspire students to embrace life and overcome obstacles.
