This workshop delves into the critical role of spinal mobility in enhancing both physical and mental well-being. Through targeted asana practice, you’ll improve alignment, build strength and flexibility, and cultivate a deeper understanding of your center of gravity. Explore balancing poses to refine your equilibrium and unlock new dimensions in your practice.

 

This workshop will help you:
Effectively integrate learned knowledge into your personal practice.
Cultivate balance and equilibrium by connecting with your body’s center of gravity.
Accelerate your asana development and achieve new levels of proficiency.
Prerequisite: Hatha 2 level or equivalent experience.

Deva Biswas
Deva Biswas, a former champion of an all India yoga competition, started teaching yoga in India in 1983. He focuses on the therapeutic aspects of yoga, helping to rejuvenate and transform patients with chronic and psychosomatic issues through specific yoga practices.
