PURE Air – Freedom and Light 50 Hours Aerial Yoga CET with TT Ho
12 Sep - 5 Oct 2025 | Starstreet Precinct - Wan Chai
ABOUT
Aerial Yoga is a fantastic way to enhance flexibility, build strength, and enjoy deep, full breaths. By leveraging gravity, practitioners can realign and relax their bodies, boost awareness, uplift their spirits, and have a great time!
The aerial hammock can transform traditional asanas, making them deeper and more accessible. With the hammock supporting your body weight, you can push your limits while also finding moments for restoration, healing, and relaxation.
This course will introduce you to the many advantages of using a hammock in your teaching. It helps promote proper body alignment and release tension in various areas. You will also learn how to design smooth aerial yoga sessions and teach others to practise safely.
Upon completing the course, you will receive a certificate to mark your achievement. You will be ready to incorporate the hammock into your teaching and personal practice with confidence. We also encourage graduates to join our three-month mentorship programme to further refine their teaching skills and boost their confidence.
Yoga Alliance Accredited School
PURE Yoga is a registered school with Yoga Alliance. Our teacher training programmes and teachers are internationally accredited, have exclusive recognition and qualify for the 200-hr & 300-hr Yoga Alliance Certification.
Yoga Alliance is an international governing board for yoga teachers and training programmes in the U.S. and globally. Graduates of our programme are automatically eligible to register as a RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance. Becoming a RYT means having a higher profile and gaining international recognition as a yoga teacher, attributes that many hiring studios look for.
Mission Statement
We offer this training in an effort to grow our community of committed yoga practitioners, empowering those who demonstrate dedication to a personal practice, by sharing the knowledge, skills and tools we have learned so they too can start teaching yoga.
We intend to guide trainees towards healthy self-confidence, while at the same time invoking in them a sense of humility and excitement, knowing that they are at the beginning of a long journey.
