• Kirtan Chanting & Heart Songs to awaken joy and connection
• Guided Meditation & Yoga Nidra as tools for profound relaxation and healing

Plus – Healing Music and Playful Experimentation with instruments like the gong, flute, crystal bowls, han pan drum, and guitar (participation optional).

 

All students will receive a manual and a USB flash drive loaded with music, guided meditations, articles, and at-home exercises—ideal for continuing your practice and studies long after the weekend.

Clayton Horton
Born in Oklahoma, US, Clayton is an experienced and internationally known KPJAYI Certified Ashtanga yoga instructor. Clayton studied with masters Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and the Greensufi for 14 years, both of whom gave him great inspiration to practise daily and develop a yogic lifestyle.
