A Jivamukti yoga class is a physically vigorous and intellectually stimulating practice that combines chanting, asanas, pranayama, music, meditation, and devotional study through simple scriptural readings. Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to have an invigorating and dynamic experience. Some inversions and Level 2 postures may be introduced with options for Level 1 students.
