Mat Pilates
This Specialised practice is based on the method developed by Joseph Pilates. The class consists of a full-body mat-based functional exercise programme that focuses on strengthening the muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Emphasis will be on core exercises, precision in movement and breath control. All exercises are low-impact. Suitable for students with or without yoga experience looking to improve core stability and posture.
